<p>Senior Year (2006-2007)
• Class of 2007 Treasurer – I work as needed. - My class opted not to build a class float this year and we decided to donate $1000.00 to my school's Fitness Center fund instead. I will also plan Class Night and the Senior Picnic.
• National Honor Society - Public Relations Officer – as needed – I make sure NHS news is placed in the announcements and I help plan various activities, such as fund raising for the United Way.
• Key Club – Public Relations Officer – I work at most of the events the sponsored by the Key Club.
• Scholastic Bowl – Varsity Captain – 12 hours/week
• Band – Clarinet; Band Secretary – I take attendance for Band class every day and for extracurricular Band events, such as concerts and parades - 7 hours/week
• Art Club – Public Relations Officer – I chair different committees, such as pumpkin painting for teachers. I’m in charge of updating the Art Club’s website and I’m in charge of getting Art Club news into the school announcements.
• Spanish Club – Secretary – I help plan monthly activities for Spanish Club Members and I make sure Spanish Club news gets put into the announcements.
• Community Problem Solvers – 1 hour/week
• Future Problem Solvers – as needed
• Yearbook – Copy Editor – I edit all of the text in the yearbook - 3 hours/week
• Qualifier for the second round of Teen Jeopardy.</p>

<p>Junior Year (2005-2006)
• Class of 2007 Treasurer – as needed, but 20 hours/week during Homecoming Week and about 1-2 hours/week preparing for Prom in the spring. I helped design and build our class float and I helped organize and decorate for Prom.

• Key Club – Public Relations Officer – I volunteered when needed, but usually ½ -2 hours/week.

• Mission Trip to Port-Au-Prince, Haiti – On July 27, 2006-August 8, 2006, I traveled with church and while in Haiti, I helped dig and build a foundation for a school, helped organize and run a Vacation Bible school for local children, assisted with weighing children at an orphanage for the handicapped, and played with children at three different orphanages.

<p>Paid Work
• January 2004-present – I work at the Public Library shelving and cataloguing books, in addition to working with library patrons at the circulation desk; 8-15 hours/week.</p>
