<p>I was just wondering what you guys think my chances are at these schools. I'm applying for engineering.</p>

<p>I'm a middle class white male at a highly competetive private/catholic school in Pennsylvania.</p>
<p>SAT I (will retake in October): 2200 - 680CR 800M 720W (9 essay)
SAT IIs: Math IIc-800 Math Ic-800 Physics-800 USH-taking this week
GPA: 4.0UW 4.25W
Class Rank: Top 5% (my school doesn't rank)
I am taking the hardest courses offered (3 APs junior year and 5 next year, remaining classes are all honors). I will probably get 4s and 5s on all APs.</p>
<p>ECs: Mathletes (captain)-2 years
Academic Team-2 years
Soccer- 3 years (club and school)
Lacrosse- 3 years
NHS- 2 years (will run for officer position this year)
Events Chair Student Council- 1 year (quit because I hated it)
Honors Band- 2 years (regular band the other 2 years)</p>
<p>Volunteer: 40-50 hours per year through various activities</p>
<p>Work Experience: Soccer Referee</p>
<p>Awards: probably a National Merit Semi-Finalist (227 on PSAT)
Some awards for Mathletes (top scorer at school, all-league team, etc.)
Merit scholarship to my high school (if that counts for anything)</p>
<p>Recs: They will all be good, including my couselor rec because he is also my English teacher.</p>
<p>Essays: I'm really worried about these--I'm not that great of a writer. I just hope I can pull something great out of my *** this summer.</p>
<p>So, what do you guys think?</p>
