I think that's about it......right now i'm worried about my SAT I and my ECs..
Do you guys think my ECs show my passion for math and science?

Thanks in advance,

bump...........

any ideas?

Not ideas based on anything other than reading this board, and having applied and gotten in, but I'd say you have a decent shot. I think if you did submit your research to Intel, or tried to get it published somewhere that would be a significant EC - you certainly seem to have the aptitude for math/science. If you got the research recognized somewhere, I would expect you to get in. But as I said, I don't really have a clue. I would think (and hope) that that would be a bigger deal than the verbal SAT. The 25th percentile for the 2004-5 common data set was 700, so 690 certainly isn't an outlier.

thanks alot! that's reassuring.

Ouch...1 more point and you'd gotten into USAMO. Intel is only for seniors, it'll be too late for college apps. Siemens is fine though.
