I'm applying to Columbia College...
SAT: M-750 R-680 W-700
SAT II: 800-Chinese, 720-Math IIc, 710-Chemistry
GPA: 3.95 uw, 16th/100
Essay: pretty good
Recs: 1 really good, 2 ok
President/Founder of Model UN, Debate, and Newspaper clubs. International volunteer award...I also did a lot of volunteer work around the local area, about 10 hours/week. There really aren't many opportunities around where I live...

I attend a small town school in the middle of nowhere. The school sent less than 5 people into ivy leagues in the past 10 years...

slim chance i’d say, the ok recs will hurt, sat scores are lowish (everyone gets 800 on the chinese SAT2 - the average scores is like 760, if you’re even mildly chinese the 800 is meaningless). another factors that hurts is that your school doesn’t seem competitive, so 16th out of 100 is significantly below par.
