My Chances?

<p>My top choices are Gettysburg, Macalester, Brandeis, and Dickinson what do people think of my chances?</p>

<p>GPA(unweighted): 3.46(going to drop after this semester to a 3.4 or so. My grades dropped this semester and im getting a 3.0 or sowhich is bad but im taking 4 AP's)
GPA(weighted):4.07(going to stay about the same after this semester)
SAT: Math-660, Critical Reading-720, Writing- 640
SAT2: US history-770, World History-700
Recomendation: a smoking recomendation from my AP US history teacher who is also the head of our schools history department
School: I go to a Public High School in Maryland
Extracuriculars: President of Schools Model UN club, Play Trumpet in various school bands, got a short radio piece licenced and aired on a local radio station (WAMU if anyones heard of it)</p>

<p>Think im a stretch to get in? Think i have really good chances? Id be very happy to hear all opinions.</p>

<p>You should put in Maryland, CP too, you have a very good chance for it.
Brandeis might be a reach, but a good reach, if you know what I mean.
I’m not too familiar with gettysburg or dickinson..</p>

<p>ehhh, hard to say. i think it depends on your essays and recs. </p>

<p>your SATs are pretty good for those schools (i think) but the LACs seem to be moving farther away from test scores. </p>

<p>I applied UMD early action still havent gotten the decision back, i didnt include it cuz its not a top choice.</p>

<p>My high school does not do rankings</p>

<p>yea im happier with my SAT’s than I am with my GPA thats what has me really worried</p>
