<p>I've done:
-one year of all Pre-AP classes
-one year of all Pre-IB classes
-one year of all IB DP classes
-all IB classes next year, too
so I'll graduate with an IB diploma</p>

<p>GPA: 4.0 unweighted
Rank: 26/about 475
SATs: haven't received them yet (probably around a 2000)</p>

<p>ECs:
dance education for the past 15 years
won tap award at state-wide dance convention
gymnastics instructor for 4 years
girl scouts w/ about 300 hours community service
class parliamentarian freshmen year
student council elected executive board fresh/soph year
class secretary jr/sr year
student activities board secretary sr year
school newspaper staff sophomore year
editor of school newspaper jr year
elected school district "ambassador"
written for local newspaper
orchestra fresh/soph year
all-region orchestra
choir fresh/soph year
won awards for orchestra, choir, and band
literary magazine staff jr year</p>

<p>Oh, and I have a question. Do those silly awards like Who's who among American High School Students and National Honor Roll count?</p>

<p>I'm applying early decision to Brandeis University.</p>

<p>If I'm not qualified enough, will you please suggests some schools that I have a better chance of getting into?</p>

<p>i think that you’ll definitely get into Brandeis if you bump up those test scores.
a 2000 really isn’t that good for a competitive school such as Brandeis; you should try to get it above 2100
you should also look at UChicago and Wash in St. Louis
those are REALLY good upper mid-tier schools that would suit you well

<p>Great ECs. You will definitely get into Brandeis based on your current profile. Try aiming for other universities like UMichigan etc. I think you stand an equally gd chance there!</p>

Well, I haven’t gotten my SAT scores back.
I’m really not sure what I got and the 2000 was my lowest prediction.
I need to take the SAT IIs but the next testing date is in September. :/</p>
