<p>You guys think I can get into Stanford?</p>

<p>Academics:
I'm going into Junior Year.
4.2308 WEIGHTED GPA
4.0 UNWEIGHTED GPA
Class rank= 1
SAT I: 2260, hoping to break 2300 next year.
PSAT: 219, hoping to break 230 and become a Finalist.
ACT: took in June, hoping to break 32.
SAT IIs: Math IIC: hopefully 800
World History: hopefully 770+
Will be a National AP Scholar at end of Junior Year.
Taking Math 32 (college math class) and College Physics next year.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:</p>

<p>Varsity Cross country/Track
CSF
Key Club
Math Club
Hospital Volunteering (175+ hours)
Red Cross
Summer program at UCI
2nd place Johns Hopkins SAT award
Clarinet for 5 years, in Orchestra.
AMC 10/12/USAMTS hopefully will do better this year.
Hopefully superb recs/essays.
Will do the Intel Summer thing next year.</p>

<p>Not saying that I’m an expert or anything… but academic-wise you seem qualified, but you don’t have very many EC’s and they don’t show a ton of passion in one or two specific areas. Write the essays really well, and get good recs. Try to show a lot of interest too.</p>

<p>If I had to guess, you’ll get in. Assuming you get up to 2300.</p>
