I've spent a lot of time on this site, and I figured...why not. here's the break down:
SAT: 2210. Critical Reading-730, Math-720, Writing-760
SAT II's - will be taken. I expect very high results.
I've taken every honors and AP possible, and have an unweighted GPA of 3.9.

Extracurriculars:
-Red Cross Club-Officer grades 10,11. President grade 12.
-Model United Nations-Secretary grade 11. Vice President grade 12.
Verbal Commendation and an Outstanding Delegate award at two different conferences. (ILMUNC)
-Conceived, created, founded, and currently run a program where we teach music lessons to homeless children. (I can't give you the name of my organization, however, this is the internet!)
-National Honor Society
-Cashier. (Super Market) 10 hours a week.
-Musical Composition: National PTA Relfections Contest: 1st place in New Jersey all three years. Delaware Valley Philharmonic Orchestra performed a part of a Symphony that I composed. (Major professional orchestra in the area.)
-TASP (Telluride Association Summer Program) this summer. If you haven't heard of it, well, Im very suspicious, but I'm one of 80 out of 850 international applicants that are recommended, selected through an application of six essays, and a then chosen after an interview

I hope this is everything that's relevant. I was thinking Brown or U Penn, but Harvard is still a distinct possability.
What do you think?

Well, I expected more. Even criticism. Some, "What are you crazy?! You couldn't get into these places if you were a Bush!" But if this is all you have to say, I'm applying anyway. This is your last chance to break my spirit and possibly (take that theblumuffin) eliminate some competition(!)

by the way, you should consider submitting some of your compositions (very impressive EC, by the way) to the davidson fellows scholarship. have you heard of it?

you are a solid candidate. HYPS are reaches for everyone, but even moreso b/c w/o writing you only have a 1450. while by all means this isn't bad, it will put you on the low end for these schools.

for the others, you are in very solid shape. i would think you would have an excellent chance of being accepted ED to brown of upenn, but there are no guarantees even at these "lesser Ivies."

Bump that math+reading up to 1500 & I'd say you're a legitimate candidate for HYPS & a GREAT candidate for all the others.

I thought this was a dead thread, thanks for saying more stuff. Well, I am taking the ACT this fall, and if practice tests are any precedent, (I've been getting 35 and 36) then I would replace my SAT I scores with that. With that factored in, does everything look pretty set?

PAH! Yale adcoms would never deign to even be in the same room as your inferior application!

But seriously, why are you worrying? Nobody here has a good case to make for breaking your spirit (wouldn't it be fun to try though? :P) and we all know how admissions at top schools is like... catching salmon... in a stream... blindfolded... using your teeth. Hmm... maybe not, but you know what I mean. Chill, you're a great applicant!

a 35 or 36 ACT would make a huge impact on your chances. however, we all know that you could get in w/ a 2210 and not get in w/ a 36. but that would certainly be a MAJOR boost.

I know this thread has been dead for some time, but I just feel like closing it out with some final test scores. If someone should happen upon this, please don't respond. Apps are out, so help out the juniors, lol.

ACT: 35 composite. (yeah!) --equivalent of a 1580, right?
SAT II: Math IIc: 800, Physics: 740, Literature: 720.
