My Chances?

Tennis</p>

<p>Misc:
-This summer, I am studying abroad in Germany as an exchange student for a month. I will be completely immersed in the culture and language. I don't know if colleges care about this?
-Hosted three German exchange students in my house
-Girl Scout for 12 years
-Working 25 hours a week at the same job for the past couple of years</p>

-Mission trips to an Indian reservation and urban Miami
-things with Key Club and Girl Scouts...soup kitchens etc
-Tutoring at school</p>

<p>You’ll be in at main easily. Get your ACT score up slightly and you’ll be fine.</p>

<p>Personally, I think you should have no problem getting into main campus. Early application is supposed to help with that, too.</p>

<p>I am not an expert at this but it seems to me that your chances are excellent. lfk725 is correct…get your app in early September too.</p>

<p>I think it may depend on you major/school you are applying to. My D was accepted in to Art and Sciences with very similar stats. Engineering, Nursing, Pre-med, Business are more competitive. Still I think yours chances are excellent. Try to attend a “Ready Set Pitt” session in the summer. You can submit you application during your visit and they waive the application fee. It’s also a great program, my D acceptance came in the mail by early October.</p>

<p>What is your unweighted GPA? As long as you bring up your ACT score a little I think you’re fine getting into Pitt Main</p>
