So what is my chance?

I'm being mean here, and I think that you have almost a 0% chance with your SAT scores at any of those colleges. Your SAT scores fall in the botton 25% at every university you listed. Your SAT II scores are brutal in History and Physics. I don't know how you got a 4.0, then pull off SAT scores like that. Colleges consider the entire application, and when they see your SAT scores, they diminish your grades as having easy teachers.

Chimchewy:

Assuming you are a California resident,
UCLA: Super Reach
UCB: Super Reach

Sorry, but you have no chance at any of these schools.

See, my english is not my first language. it's my third. Should i mention that in the application?

Then try taking the TOEFL if English is not your first language. It'll definitely help.

:)

Hoe does Toefl work? What is the max score one can get?

Haha, I actually have no idea (I kno the highest score is like 680 or something and its the test for people who are from another country and english is not their best language). Google "TOEFL" and see.

:)

Having English as not a second, but a third language is most likely the reason why your SAT scores are low. Otherwise, it looks like you are a really great student. I would definitely recommend the the alternate to the SATs for non-natives. Good luck! :)
