My chances

Hey i know i prlly shouldnt be posting chances threads here but i figured u guys are more interested/knowledgable about princeton than those on the chances thread. So...what are my chances?

FYI: I plan on studying economics in the undergraduate then doing an MBA and hopefully owning a television and film production studio when im older.

I thought i should add i have over 1000 hours of community service so far and ive played the piano for eight years.

I'd say it depends on your SAT scores... your EC and volunteer activity sounds really solid.. so I'd say if you get above 2150, you should have a good shot! :D

Pretty good chances I'd say, unless a sibling of yours turned down Princeton for any other Ivy leagues.

You should diversify your EC's, maybe even join the Robotics or Math clubs? You look like a solid leader, a great candidate, and a person who I would vote for in committee.

"unless a sibling of yours turned down Princeton for any other Ivy leagues."

what does this have anything to do with it? I've heard of colleges not liking specific high schools (i doubt this is true), but sibling have nothing to do with you. You get in based on your own merits, not based off the demerits of others.

as for chances, nothing really special, nothing really bad, you have as good a chance as anyone else. raise up your scores a little if you can, but dont stress over it. SAT scores are BS and as long as you're "within range" i doubt they give a rat's ass. aight with that said, good luck.

Oh, I didn't notice that you were a URM. EIther way, you have a good shot at getting in. just try to raise your scores a littlre more.

Your PSAT score is low, your AP scores are good, your SAT II scores are average at best, your ECs are average, your proposed SAT scores are average.

Overall, I'd say you have an average chance, which would be around 12-14%.
