anyone wanna help me out with my chances?

I think you’ve got a good shot. They will like your GPA, athletic (golf) EC, and your CS hours. Your SAT will be competitive enough and your class rank is in the ballpark. Good luck!

thankss for that, im so scared though…

oh and do you guys think that it was a good or bad decision for me to apply EA? can more people tell me what they think???

I think it’s an irrelevant decision whether you applied EA or not. As has been said many times before, BC EA appears to be a more difficult admit that RD. It is in BC’s best interests to admit those candidates that would be admitted regardless of the timing/category of their application. Frankly I don’t understand why anyone applies restricted EA to any school. You give up your rights to apply to other EA programs for no admissions benefit. What’s the point? That said, even though getting admitted EA is tougher that’s not the same as saying you’re more likely to get rejected.

Combining an estimated UW GPA of around 3.8, with 75th%-tile CR & M SATs, plus solid SAT IIs I think you EA chances are fair, but certainly strong enough that if you don’t get admitted EA you’ll at least be deferred to the RD round where your chances will certainly go up. While your writing SAT flirts with the 25th%-tile, assuming all your “other” information is in order I think you have a very good chance of being accepted in the RD round but are a toss-up for EA.

Regardless, at this point you’ve done all you can do with the application. Being scared is a waste of energy that would be better used driving on this semester’s classes so that your mid-year report will support, if not improve, the story you’ve already presented.

Just to clarify what was stated above, BC’s restrictive EA does allow you to apply EA to other schools. You cannot apply ED to any schools, however.
