I am an undergraduate who is wanting to transfer from my current college. The new common app requires that applicants invite registrar officials and have them upload an official college transcript. However, my institution's registrar only mails transcripts plus the registar is quite extensive and there's is no one person who i could invite. I understand that officials can opt out of the online submission but again there is no one person i can relate these things to. my college traditionally mails transcripts

So my question is: after waiving the ferpa, should i just leave the registrar report out of the application (and have my college mail the transcripts to the prospective college) or does the common app provide an option in the registrars report where i can give information about my current college and state that they will be mailing the transcripts? Or is there another option i can take?
