My colleges are not receivin my SAT scores

I sent my SAT scores around christmas. None of my 7 colleges that i applied to said they received it. Its been almost 2 weeks and im gettin worried.

I dont know if this is a factor but I alredy sent my SAT scores to all my colleges once in October. The checking application status website for each college still shows the old SAT date even tho the new SAT score that I just sent is way better.

Sorry if my grammar is bad, but can someone apply asap? Im scared that Im gonna get rejected because of my bad October SAT score.

ps. this is my first post ever. this is a great wwebsite

why is nobody replying
if im doin smth wrong can ne1 tell me plz?

im really freakin out rite now :(

oh yea i forgot to mentioned, 1 college dat i neva send my SAT to alredy receive my december SAT score, while other colleges that i sent my October SAT score to still shows the October SAT date as my best SAT score on the application status

Don’t freak out! This is not a big deal.

May I suggest you simply send an email to each college (or follow any applicable instructions re: supplementing your application) and self-report your new (better) score and indicate you requested an official score report from College Board on Dec. ___.

Note:

The deadline for the student to submit an application is critical. If you met that deadline, the tardy (within reason) arrival of supporting materials like scores and recommendations is okay.

When you order score reports from College Board, they tell you for each college whether the college accepts the score report by electronic transmission or snail mail + the estimated time it will take for the score report to be sent out by College Board. I would say the average time is 1-2 weeks. If you ordered score reports around Christmas, you might need to add a little bit of leeway to that time estimate because of the holidays.

Once College Board sends the scores, it takes some time for the colleges to process them. Electronic scores are usually updated to application profiles much more quickly than snail mail scores. Again, the holiday break probably impacted the processing time on the colleges’ side of things.

Good luck!

Wow Thanksss TXartemis + Happy new yearssszz

1 more q.

2 actually

Say if i didnt email them that I retook the SAT and is sending a newer score, is it possible for the college to deny me before my latest SAT result arrive? Coz everything they need for review is already there(like my old crap SAT score)

+

Can the college admissions get ****ed off if i ask too many questions?

1.Yes- but they don’t start reviewing applications til feb, so your scores should arrive by then.

2.Just don’t annoy them with trivial questions.

“They don’t start reviewing applications til feb” - Although this statement MIGHT be true as to the colleges the OP applied to, it might NOT be true, too. Each college has its own timetable.

Wow thanks so much !!

<3 <3 <3

really appreciate it
