My Common App Essay feels irrelevant

So I've finished writing my essay for the common app about 3-4 weeks ago, and I feel that it's strong and passionate. Although, it's about my hobby of photography, and I'm applying for mostly business schools. I just read it over today, and now I feel uncomfortable with it. Do you guys think I should type up a quick last-minute essay about my life and aspirations instead?

you can write about anything you want, doesn’t matter if it’s “irrelevant” to a business school. if you want i can read it and let you know what i think.

I feel that the most important things about your common app essay are that it shows your personality and that it’s written well. If you feel that your essay is strong and passionate, i’m sure it is and that’s the most important thing. Colleges want a kid that’s passionate. I think you’re essay topic works just fine, don’t worry :)

At almost all of the admissions seminars that I’ve been to, the officers have said that the most mundane topics make the best essay. As the previous posters have said, the topic doesn’t matter, it’s how you write and how it reflects upon you. Good luck :)
