My country does not have high school transcripts and a counselor

Hello, I’m new to this site and maybe someone can help me because commonapp has not replied me so far.

What do I do if I don’t have a high school transcript?
Can my school just put a document in english together with all the grades from my last 4 high school years? And since we have a different grade system could they translate the grades themselves or do I have to have them translated somewhere officially?
Or do I just need to send all the reports from those 4 years? If so do I need to have them officially translated?

Okay now my second problem: We don’t have school counselors and my principal retired. The new one does not know me at all. Who should I ask to do the school report etc. when the only 2 teachers that know me and have a decent knowledge of english are already writing my recommendations ?

There needs to be official documentation from your school; the format does not really matter. Grades should be reported as they are reported to you. So if your school uses a scale other than A/B/C or a 4.0 scale, your GPA should not be converted to a 4.0 scale. If your transcript is not in English, most colleges will want the original plus an English translation.

The Guidance Counselor recommendation must come from an administrator. Whether the job title at your school is dean/principal/provost/etc., they need to write it, not a teacher. As with the transcript, it does not have to be in English, but if it isn’t, the original will need to be accompanied with an English translation.

Most, if not all, of the universities you will be considering have an international office which can give you specific guidance to the requirements for that school.
