<p>You need to talk to the SLO people about what to do. Leaving off a requirement, even the performing and performing arts requirement, could lead to problems. Who is to say that someone will catch the mistake by comparing transcripts to the application? I wouldn’t count on it.</p>
<p>I’m sure that the answer will be as simple as notifying each CSU you applied to by email of the mistake. But I would definitely have your D check it out. It may require staying on hold for a while, but will give her peace of mind.</p>
