Who or what is “my D”? I only one term that use “my d” and I’m pretty sure that isn’t what this is. :stuck_out_tongue:

Out of curiosity, why do people say D1? D2? I understand they want to refrain from using names. OF all things to abbreviate.

I have noticed that it is usually students who think that parents are odd for using these abbreviations. Then I look at the kids’ posts and find many, many abbreviations! I can’t figure out why students think we’re odd and they use similar shorthand constantly!

CTes…folks disclose plenty of identifying information on these forums. Better to leave names off!
