<p>He's saying we don't have the numbers for 2004 because we haven't filed income tax reports for that year yet so he's estimating income, revenue, etc, etc.</p>
<p>Is this how it works? Do we go off our 2003 report, or what?</p>

<p>Its definitely ok to estimate figures for 2004. Make sure you indicate that you/parents "will file" returns, and they will know you are estimating. Once you have filed your 2004 returns you go back to the FAFSA & make the corrections using the actual numbers. Don't forget, you can only make corrections AFTER you receive your SAR for the original submission. Good luck!</p>
