my dads not a us citizen

is that bad should i say he is? im trying to submit my app right now =/

your dad’s not a us citizen??!! so what? mine’s definitely isnt and i aint gonna write that he is one!!

okay i just freak out about everything if i feel like its going to hold me back

relax man relax.

Lie = Bad

Do you want to be a bad person? I don’t think so.

In all seriousness, you should probably just put down that you father is not a citizen.

okay thanks I submitted it ^-^ i’m so glad i got the fee waiver ahah i only paid 100 something instead of 420 yay yuhhhhhh

it all depends on context.
we all lie down when we go to sleep dont we(we here means us humans not horses!!)? so technically we are all bad people!!:D

does it even ask about parents’ citizenships?

where does it ask parent citizenship?

it asks about that when you click submit. you have to put your ethnic background & confrim youve been living in california presently for 3 years and agree to the terms and such

dude it doesn’t even matter. they will probably think he has a green card for all we know. unless you’re hispanic of course LOL jkjk. We all know CA of all places doesn’t discriminate those that do not have citizenship.

No, you’re fine. UC’s are very liberal – and I mean liberal.

Our governor even recently passed a bill that allows undocumented students to be eligible in receiving financial aid + scholarships.

my dad isn’t Mexican he’s Syrian and Lebanese. and everyone always calls me dude and man but I’m a girl & that’s rude

Whoa whoa hold on a second HM, what’s the thing about the three years you said?

@hm5933 ok sorry for my mistake. but how am i supposed to find out the sex of a person just by looking at his/her nickname? more so if the nickname is “hm5933”!! so from next time whenever i find an odd nickname i’ll refer to the person as ‘it’:D

lol okay & @ karma on the submission part you have to confirm youve been living in california for three years consecutively

Oh. Well I just said no to that and submitted it lol.

if you said no, you will be paying for out of state tuition

What? Last I checked, you have to be in-state at least for one year to be a state resident. I don’t know where they pulled out the 3 year physical presence but to pay OOS tuition for that can’t be right.

^^KarmaGo. Well if you have any physical evidence that you lived in California (Utility bills, High school transcript, and etc) then you will be charged IN-State. However, if you have no proof then you will be charged OOS
