I recently fell in love with this school, everything about it! I am considering transferring there from a community college in CA. I am a good student but I still wanted to keep my options open to be able to go to a University that i really loved, which happened today gradually as i read more about JHU. What are my chances?

7.4321213231231%

May i ask how you found this information?

Hmm I had her at 7.5347092511% one of us must have made a miscalculation.

^If this is a serious thread then you have to put up some stats to which cc'ers can judge you by.

heres the stats..
I am transferring as a sophomore
I am going to have 40 units (16 units over)
I'm going to try and get 3.7 or higher.
I plan to volunteer for this art show in my town.( i paint)
and a children's museum
Work-study
Honors program
I know many of the teachers(recommendations :))
I was not born here (if that makes a difference however I am not minority)
I am shooting for a 2000 SAT's
High School was really hard becuase of family issues
First generation college student
...thats all i can think of.

I'm also i am going to be involved in my church...
bible quizzing(memorizing 600+verses)
and a officers of a couple of clubs
and does anyone have any suggestions???

THANKS!

looks through house for College Handbook, 2007 Well first generation college student should help a bit, a gpa of 3.7 should be around the average applicant, but even a 2000 on the SAT is a bit low for JHU, if you want a decent shot at "your dream" I'd advise aiming for a 2100+.

You're welcome and goodluck.

thanks that helps a lot! :)
