***My biggest EC is my work with an international start up company. I was the management/operations intern (co-wrote the operating system), I now do the finances, I write for the company's blog & magazine, and I serve on the campus chapters board.

From what you have posted it is hard to say. Your ACT is at the top end of mid-50. Your class rank may be a little low since 51% of this year’s freshmen were in the top 2%. From your EC I don’t see the number of years you have participated in each activity. If you haven’t already done so you should talk to your Admissions Rep and see what they recommend. Good luck!

You look like a great applicant! Good luck! Obviously there is no guarantee, but I would say your chances are good. Don’t worry about the class rank being low compared to other schools. I was talking with the Dean of Admissions the other day, and we were talking about class rank. I came from a top ranked public school as well, and he said that admissions considers the top 15% to be similar to the top 2% at most high schools. Play up community outreach in the ND essays. Also, talk to your admissions rep; it gives you a bit of an edge for the rep to know who you are and that you are interested!

Since I’ve now submitted my ND EA app I figured I’d bump this for more opinions. I also forgot to add that I have a good relationship with my regional rep. I emailed her a while back, met her in south bend and then in my area, and she remembered me both times.
