My FAFSA needs verification but do they only need it for schools you are admitted to? As in would a school verify me if I wasn’t going to be admitted for admission

Did the verification request come from one school? That is usually the case and you give that school what is requested.
@twoinanddone It came from a few but the early action schools only sent it the day I was accepted! So I just received it from another school I applied to ( Rd) and was wondering

Well…if a school requests info…send that info.
If you are asking if it’s a sign you’re admitted…well…the only real sign of that is an admissions letter!
Unfortunately, you have to deal with each school individually now. If two ask for an IRS transcript, you have to send it to each separately. Save everything. Make many copies.
