What are my chances ? . Is my college list good to go ? (if not suggest changes)

I think you might get into ASU but the others could be long shot and take the SAT again and study for the CR again because it might not look good for the college reps to see your CR score

I don’t know enough about most of the schools on your list to chance you for them, but I do know enough about U of I and Purdue, so here it goes:

I’m sorry, you have slim chances of being accepted into these schools. Their engineering programs are difficult to get into, and with your stats, you are below the standards of acceptance.

Purdue
For Engineering, standardized test scores and grades in math, science, and English are very important criteria. Typically, those admitted to the First-Year Program are A and B students in high school. Students admitted to the College of Engineering in 2008 had an average SAT=1864 or ACT=29 (critical reading and math). Of the students that enrolled, 50% had a GPA between a 3.4-3.8, SAT 1720-2010, and ACT Composite 26-31.

UIUC
Middle 50% of Admitted Freshmen, 2009 (the school of engineering)
ACT: 30 - 33
SAT: 1920 - 2150
High school class rank: 92% - 98%

Thanks a lot for the feedback .

If anyone wants to edit my college list go ahead ! .

Those D’s will keep you from getting into ASU, quite possibly.

Thanks and BUMP .

I don’t think you have a chance of getting into RPI, your SAT scores are way, way, way below the middle 50% and your GPA is iffy - depending on how they forgive your junior year. You might want to check out college boards college mathmaker to click on the “How do I stack up” link.

Yeah I don’t think you’d make it into the First Year Engineering Program @ Purdue. If you apply to Undergraduate Studies Program (aka Undecided) and took your FYE Program courses there and do well then you can CODO (transfer) into the Engineering program. However, with the grades right now I doubt it since your GPA is pretty low so is your SAT score both Engineering. Most people I know who got accepted to the program had a over a 3.0 GPA and had a strong math score if their verbal score wasn’t good.
