You stats are good but the schools you are applying to are very selective and, to be honest, it is questionable whether you’ll get accepted because of their highly-qualified applicant pools.

You look like an interesting and highly motivated student. And you moved up in the student government over the years that’s a big thing, I think. The big problem though is your CR and W SAT scores. Since you’re an international, I’m assuming english is not your first language. In any case, I think your SAT IIs show that your are great at math, and that the english language just isn’t your forté.

I think you have a 50/50 for all those schools. Best of luck!

SAT’s might give u the early boot but ur SAT IIs and ur EC’s are really good…i’d say it would be a big reach if there was no other way for u to raise ur SATs but there are still other good schools u should look at that arent as selective

i am thinking your indian but i could be wrong
they all are reachs for you, but hopefully your essays and recommendations were awesome, applying wont hurt, good luck :)

"Punjabi, I am actually an Arab-Israeli, as mentioned above. Had I been Indian, I would have had a perfect SAT score, you know that "
haha sorry about that

Mate, I am simply out of luck here. The ACT is not offered in Israel and there are no seats available for SAT. :( I hate to see all my work gone with the wind as a result of just one bad day.

Do you guys think I should inform the admission staff about my issue? Also, do you think TOEFL might replace SAT English-related sections?

^thats a good question. I would call the admissions office of the schools that you are applying to and ask if you can take the TOEFL. In some cases, I think it does take the place of SAT scores…

There are often seats available on a standby basis. Some kids don’t show up and some centers get extra test books. It’s worth showing up ready at one of the test centers.

Israel in a country with no shortage of good candidates at top colleges. Frankly, I think your list is not realistic with current scores. There is still time to add schools. Many are taking late applications. There are many fine schools that would like a student from Israel–especially if you are full pay.

All of your stats are great- except for the CR and W parts of the SAT. I can understand that, because you’re most likely not a native speaker, but keep in mind, many international applicants to those schools will have the same stats as you but higher SAT’s.

Retake if you can. Add a few safeties to your list.

All you statistics are very impressive. What I have learned is that, though you may be top ranked at your school, the school is also under a rank. So that may take you a little less far than the rest of your statistcs.

Nonethless, you seem well equipped. All the colleges you applied to are highly selective and extremely competative. Whether or not your chosen depends now on how much more others have stacked against you. So as far as “chancing you”, it is a bit of a stretch with the Ivy Leagues and other schools you chose. The only thing I believe may not help your chances are your SAT scores. Thsoe are sometimes the determining factor when it comes down to it. But I think you have got the chances as good as the next applicant.
