My first Cornell Chances thread...please comment.

I'm an Asian living in a very small and rural town where we still have cows on the side of streets. Rarely does anyone from my high school attend somewhere prestigious; most just to go the state school. My family is by all means not rich and the being from a small town, my school doesn't offer much opportunities. With that said, I was wondering if I might be able to go to Cornell (Human Ecology) ED with these stats:

SAT (old): 1390 (710M)(680V)
SAT (new): 2130 (690M)(740V)(700W)
(new): 2000

SAT II Bio E:720; Math Level II: 720; Bio M :750

Gpa: Approximately 92.3 =3.7

Class Rank: 17 out of 245, top 10%

School only offers Ap English in Junior year.

Ap English: 4

Senior year taking AP: English, Psychology, Calc, and Probability/Stats.

My EC's are all right. I do play Jv baseball and do have other leaderships.

Do I have a chance in hell of attending the following: Cornell and Boston College.

Maybe. :) Just keep positively. I mean...there's nothing anywhere here can tell you, we don't have that kind if authority. But if it makes you feel anybetter, my stats are very similar to yours..and I applied ED to Cornell (CAS)
Best of luck to you! Don't spaz out and worry just yet!

Thanks, you just made me more nervous.

bump bump bump.

ha, umm...yeah, you have a decent shot
