<p>he won't get in. you need perfect grades and perfect SATs. for instance, I have a 2380 SAT but am only an A- student (albeit at a super tough school), and i have no chance at yale</p>

completely untrue. A perfect GPA and perfect standardized test scores does not mean auto-acceptance from Yale, or from any top-tier colleges for that matter. And a "not-perfect" GPA and "not-perfect" standardized test scores does not mean you're out of the running. Far from it, as most students applying (and accepted) are not perfect in those areas.</p>
