jerzgrlmom - hope it all goes well tomorrow for your husband.

A couple of years ago my DH was hospitalised on the evening of April 14th when a blood clot broke off from his knee and travelled through his heart and into his lungs. He had been feeling really poorly but would not go to the hospital because he was trying to finish his taxes & nearly died as a result. I spent the 15th between the ccu at hospital & trying to finish the taxes which I had no clue what I was doing. Plus before the the ambulance arrived I went outside to make sure they had a clear path and stood on a large extension cord plug and broke a bone in my foot so was walking with a cane. Made some mistakes and the IRS were actually very helpful and understanding. In retrospect it seems so silly that i was rushing around doing tax stuff with all this going on but DH was worrying about it so I did.

So yes the timing does stink but focus your energies on your DH & family and the rest will fall into place later. You have the estimated info in so don't even worry about the rest until later. We'll say a little prayer for you - good luck.
