I have a pretty weak GPA (3.5/4.0) for my school especially.
But... I got a 34 on my ACT.
I want to apply to Vanderbilt ED, how would they look at this?

I have great ECs, essays, recommendations... and I'm hispanic.

Well, you may have a good chance…depending on the difficulty of your curriculum. What is your rank?

Vandy is a full need school, so that’s good if your family (including both parents) is low income.

However, if your family has an income that will require an unaffordable contribution, then applying ED is not a good idea.

How much will your parents pay for college?

.

My parents can afford to pay for full tuition, so that is not a concern in applying ED.

My school doesn’t rank, but the valedictorian has around a 4.0/5.0 GPA.

I will have taken 7 APs by the end of high school and have a decently strong upward trend.

Great shot at Vandy, who is starting to chase high test scores.
