My GPA isn't great but it is an upward trend...does it even help?

As of the end of junior year, I have a GPA of 3.85 I believe. My weighted GPA is 4.7/5.0.
My freshman year I got 5 Bs, sophomore year I got 3 Bs, and junior year I received no Bs. My junior year I actually had the hardest classes (4 APs, rest of classes all MSTC/Advanced).
I’m applying to only 3 or 4 top schools, and the rest are hopefully match schools.
Will this GPA seriously weigh me down?

An upward trend is always better than a downward trend and your GPA looks fine. Keep up the good work.
