My grades went way down...

Hi! I'm going to boarding school next year and in the first semester, I had A's and a few B+'s. Now my grades are all B's and in one class I have a C+. I plan on raising my grades but will my new school rescind my admission with the grades I have now? Any response is helpful :)

Well, I think it depends on the school, although I highly doubt they’ll rescind your admission. Maybe you should send them an e-mail explaining how you’ve been having difficulties in school and how you’re planning on raising them as soon as possible. :)

Nooo don’t inform the school. Just raise em don’t inform the school

sup jimmy ur back. what school did u decide on going too??

I’m going to Thacher next year. By the end of the year, If I don’t raise my grades do you think I should email the admissions officers then and explain?

Oh come on lemmings

Don’t worry you’re fine.

Don’t email them. Show up in September and do better.

I was worrying about the same thing! I did really awful on a recent art project, and of course my teacher wasn’t too happy. She wanted me to go see her tomorrow after school, which can’t be good…I really really hope the schools won’t care too much about my art grades this year… But I feel the same way you do, paperdreams. You’re not alone. Good luck for all of us!!!

Thank you for all of your advice :)
