<p>If you really want to add them, you need to contact your school’s registrar and ask them if they can change it for you. I would be worried if you COULD change it yourself, haha.</p>

<p>^ This is not true, depending. My school is a bit unique in that they list my extracurriculars, independent classes, sports, etc. on my transcript. It depends on the high school. But yes, MOST schools only list grades for classes.</p>
<p>Add that to the activities section of the common app or to the specific application of the colleges your applying to if they don’t use the common app. Most transcripts only list grades and courses.</p>
