i dont even know why i took the time to do this

Sanders - This is actually an excellent idea for a thread. You do know why so many kids got into NYU, right? Also, PM me all of the ivy league kids. I know most of them, but not all of them.

If this year is typical, most of my class [most of the part who goes to college at all, which is about 40% of the total class] will go to either Western WA U or UW. Five, I think, are going to BYU. One to William and Mary. One to Stanford. (Me.) I don't know where-all my classmates are going, beyond that. Now I wish I knew. That's interesting.

Hate to be negative, but why would I care where people from other schools are going? It's cool on a basis where you know where your classmates are going, but what good does it do anyone to know that so many students from High School A are going to College A?

Yo Sanders, the Coot is talkin' smack. I actually find it quite intriguing to see what schools kids are going to from a specific HS and how many students are going to those schools. It gives you a sense of how competitive a HS is by the number of top tier college bound students.

branderson925, your school's statistics make me laugh. They're very similar to mine with all but the top 10% going to a community college...

ncody0220: But it's not like we know what school the statistics are from, and most people don't know enough about other high schools to be able to judge them...
