My interview went AMAZING!

Hey guys, I know many of you are curious about your interview and stressing over it.

This was my first college interview. The conversation was so smooth. Don't sweat it. In my case, the interview was in my hands for most of it. I'm passionate about what I do, so I told him all about my passion. My biggest tip, be yourself.

A few more tips:

Be on time. I found the location one hour before, then came back 10 minutes early, and we met each other as we walked in.

Be polite. More or less, simple courtesy... holding doors, saying thank-you often, etc.

Dress nice. I wore a dress shirt, leather shoes, dress pants and a nice coat. I'm male by the way if you haven't noticed already. ;)

Questions are welcome.

Cool.

*amazingly
The adverb/adjective distinction seems to disappear somewhere across the Atlantic.

Haha, I have my interview next week, and I’m stressing very badly.

^ Just have fun–I know that sounds hard --but it isn’t really. If you are having fun the chances are that the other person is as well. A bad interview can’t sink you (esp from an alumni interviewer–too much variation of people and no QA)…but a great interview may make an AO take a deeper look into your folder–not that you will get in but you will at least get a good read.

So all upside.
