<p>I am taking the usual 8 APs every junior at my school takes. Except I can tell that junior year is going to be hell. I am not going to take AP Spanish Language. I already 3 years of Spanish. But I have heard colleges want 4 years of Spanish.
My Schedule:
AP English Language
AP Statistics
AP U.S. History
AP Calculus AB
AP Physics B
AP Chemistry
AP European History
AP Biology*
*Should I substitute this for Spanish</p>

<p>I literally coughed out loud when I saw your schedule…and like Niquii77 said…you are in for one rough junior year…</p>

<p>There is not benefit in that schedule what so ever. It has crazy written all over it…</p>
<p>Taking 3 AP sciences won’t work. Unless AP’s are a joke where you live, 8 AP’s guarantees at least 5+ hours of homework per night. Also two AP History’s are tough because of the amount of time they consume (up to an hour nightly). </p>
<p>Your probably trolling (the usual 8 APs?) but if not you need to change your schedule around. And yes, I would make sure that you take an AP foreign language over another science.</p>
<p>I’m guessing this is ■■■■■■■■… If it isn’t, I would at least get rid of two of those. Three, if possible.</p>

<p>Do you know what the term “burned out” means? If not, you’ll know soon enough with that sort of schedule. Why don’t you prioritize your life with other college worthy qualities like some EC’s instead of going for a pure, academic year that will most likely have you teetering between self destruction and moderate success. Unless your intellectual capabilities and time management skills are top notch, I honestly think this is a truly bad idea. </p>
<p>And “the usual 8 APs every junior at my school takes”? What sort of school is this? If this is the norm, then perhaps there’s a sort of detail you should mention that can help us gauge your schedule’s intensity because if this was a schedule at my high school, it’d be a health hazard.</p>
<p>This is beyond ridiculous. I would recommend knocking off at least 3 or 2 of those… have fun during your high school years!</p>

<p>Do schools have eight class periods in a day? My kid’s school has seven and that includes a mandatory lunch.</p>
<p>Some have seven, some have eight. Some have four one semester then four different the next. Some include lunch in these periods, some don’t… Schools are weird. But this guy is simply trollin’.</p>
