<p>Here’s another suggestion for the heavy reading: Scan (or copy if you must) the pages you need to read in sections. This way you do not have to lug the book around all the time and you can have it readily available (on your laptop or on just a few sheets of paper if you print two pages per sheet and copy/print front & back).</p>
