<p>It's funny how they can't really say that you were accepted, and so they just drop subtleties hinting that you were.</p>

<p>Wow that didn't sound like a likely letter at all. It sounds like "we received your application. We congratulate you on your achievements. Don't forget about us!!"</p>
<p>Before you say that, I think you have to remember that he did get in.</p>
<p>I have not received a letter like that from Cornell or any school.</p>
<p>I wasn't doubting the validity of the letter. I'm just saying the wording was too obscure and not to my liking.</p>
