<p>There is no “best”. What are your other interests? Can you afford all of them? Do you like big or small schools? Big or small cities? What kind of job do you want to get in the US? Does your intended job even require a MS/PhD? Do you want to live in the dorms or on your own? Can you stand hot/cold weather?</p>
