<p>OK come on, my high school had like 70% 5’s on the BC exam, or something like that, and I think maybe 1-2 people who really just took a nap during the exam failed. Heavily outliers. I can easily imagine 100% pass rates if passing is defined to be a 3, for instance.</p>
<p>I go to a well-regarded public high school. BC is known for being a really difficult class, so only about 10 of 300 people take it each year. As far as I’ve heard, nearly everyone gets a 5… This isn’t a particularly weird scenario; there must be lots of schools where, because of rigor or small class sizes, almost everyone gets at least a 3.</p>
