Am I allowed to ask my math teacher last year to write me a recommendation? My school hasn't picked out my new math teacher yet and the application deadline is coming soon so will it hurt my application if I asked my old math teacher?</p>

@maddog I don’t know my math teacher’s email because now that she quit her job, she doesn’t use the school’s email anymore.</p>
<p>You could also explain your story to the principal and ask him if he could email it to her or something if he has her e-address. Your principal most likely has a contact to her, anyway.</p>
