My mom is crazy and thinks I can go to Duke

My mom is crazy and thinks I can go to Duke. Do I have a real chance or should I just tell her to keep dreaming?

I am a white male, currently a junior, at probably the best and most competitive high school in Delaware.
I haven't been able to take the SAT's yet (and I know it will be difficult to predict my chances without it).

Stats

I currently have a 4.16 GPA out of a possible 4.3 GPA (4.3 being that you take seven AP's and get A's in all of them). However, I am ranked only in the top 35% of my class. Somehow, some of my friends are much higher than I am yet they have around 4.05 GPA's and I do not completely understand their system.
I am taking AP Biology and AP French, (with a 90 and a 93, respectively).
I'm doing fine on my midterms (A's for all of my regular classes and B's in my two AP's).
Freshman Year and Sophmore Year I had 4.15 and 4.18, respectively.
I got a 670 in reading and a 680 in math on my PSAT.
Next year I plan to take AP Chem, AP French Lit, and AP Calc

Extracurricular's

Soccer - (JV 9,10; Varsity 11 and probably 12)
I have been refereeing soccer games for 5 years
Basketball - 9,10
Indoor Track - Varsity 11,and probably 12
Outdoor Track - Varsity 9, 10, and probably 11 and 12 (might be the captain in the future)
Summer Swimming - 8, 9, 10, and probably 11 and 12 (Most Improved Award three years in a row [don't know if its anything to be proud of and will help me]
Key Club - 10, 11, and probably 12; over 75 hours
French Honor Society - 10, and probably 11 and 12
Academic Bowl - 9, 10, 11, and probably 12
Rep Soccer (seperate from school soccer) for 5 years

I know its a little early to decide especially without the SAT's and the AP exams. However, My mother talked to my neighbor, a Harvard graduate, who is a college counselor at another high school. He said that if I just raised my SAT/PSAT scores a little bit I would be in a fantastic position.
Also, I would not be heartbroken if I did not get in to Duke. I am also looking at:
Kenyon College
Lafayette, PA
University of Delaware
Virginia Tech

yeah, if you get 1450 + you have chances

Virginia Tech would probably be considered a safety school with your stats. Match for UD and Lafayette. Good luck

I think you have a chance. Your class rank probably won't matter that much to them, as long as you have taken courses at the highest levels and have achieved A's. I think that your SAT score will definitely improve. Anyone who gets a 1350 their sophomore year is likely to improve his or her score by 100-200 points. My best friend got a 1350 her sophomore year and she improved that score to 1540.
