My new leather flip flops REALLY hurt!

So, having lived in Southern California for so many years and never owning a nice pair of treads, I decided to buy a new pair of leather A&F treads, and they REALLY hurt. Maybe it's because I've never worn stuff like this before, but I've gotten a blister where the "toe-seperator" is, and several uncomfortable red/rash marks where the leather brushes against the skin. It's SO frustrating.

Do I just have to give my feet some time to "get used" to these new things, or do I just have ultra sensative skin? I tried walking around with them in the store, but couldn't tell until trying them out for a while today.

Sorry, I know this sounds like a really random thread, but I don't know what to do!

I think your A&F flip flops are a piece of crap. I didn't have this problem with my sketcher ones....and those are pushing one year old.

You've posted in the right place:). sorry to be of no help w/ the flipflops tho..

I would recommend Chaco Flips. I've worn Chaco Flips, Z2 Terrenos, and boots, and Chacos have never given me trouble. I once hiked 15 miles in GSMNP in my Z2s with no blisters or underfoot pain. If you're looking to nix the toe flosser, consider Birkenstocks.
