My open-ended rant

Woman are better than men (in general of course) at:
-> being perfectionists
-> backstabbing
-> Talking and talking and talking and talking and ....
-> Being too worried about physical apperance
-> Motivating themselves for academic achievement
-> Being emotional
-> Being insperational
-> Lying
-> Getting worked up over nothing
-> Being "considerate"
-> Having good manners
-> Accusing men for all their problems
-> doing the dishes
-> Baking

Men are better than woman at:
-> Eating lots and lots of crap
-> Lifting weights
-> Being openly cruel
-> Being lazier than hell
-> Sports (except figure skating and modeling, ill give the girls those)
-> Looking like ****
-> Being honest
-> Not feeling emotions
-> Math and science (omg dont find me and burn me on a stake! this is what I see)
-> Being inconsiderate
-> Making money
-> Making women feel fat

In short men are better at everything important and practical except doing the dishes and cooking. Thats why we have women.

OMG OMG CALM DOWN ITS A JOKE!!!!
I know the guys think its funny.
Will it make you feel better if I say that it seems most woman are smarter than they think and just wont accept their intelligence? I hate when girls do that.

Amen, brother!

No, Tainter, you tried to disguise the truth in a cruel joke, and I agree with it 99% (especially men beling cruel and making women feel fat). The only thing I disagree with is women motivating themselves academically, which is completely unfounded and very wrong. I see no proof to support that claim and I demand that you delete that or you move that from your women's list to the men's list.

Wait, you hate girl's that won't accept their intelligence...what's wrong with u? Women should know their place...I beat my mom when she doesn't cook or clean my room. You guys need to grow up and become men.

I don't delight in sounding like a chauvinist ass ALL the time Bongo. My statements remain.

I blew up at a bunch of sophomores in my Word Derivatives from Greek and Latin today.

In class every day, we write words on the board, break them down into their latin or greek parts, and analyze. Our Greek final is tomorrow and yesterday's analyzed words were on the board. We were playing jeopardy as a review and they were cheating off of the stuff on the board, so a senior friend of mine handed me the eraser, since I sit next to the board and I erased it.

They all yelled at me, insulted me, etc etc because our teacher is a bit..spacey...and often forgets to erase the info and they regularly use it on tests, which would be especially helpful on the final.

I was furious all day - the sophomores at my school are really awful - and am still tempted to casually mention their names to the moderator of the National Honor Society so that they're flagged as cheaters and wotn be admitted next year. It's been going on all semester and I'm just fed up.

good for you Eckie. I agree cheating is bad. Let's do away with it.

Eckie, I have a question. Would you see it as immoral to purposely not break the curve of a test so that everyone gets a little better of a score?
I agree that cheeting is bad, but cheating on a game of jeopardy will make the Sophmores fail the test worse cause they wont actually be figuring out what they didn't know for the final. You should have punished them by letting them cheat on the review so they would not have as much confidence tomorrow.

Oh no, I didnt care about the review. We were joking when we erased the answers due to review - it gets way too competitive in there. The reason they were so ****ed was they wouldnt be able to use the answers tomorrow DURING the final.

The sophomores at my school have no respect for upperclassmen - but thats a whole nother rant

women shouldnt be allowed to vote/drive/talk

women:

good at complaining
good at being a b***h
good at cooking and cleaning
prissy---the non manly ones
cant drive
give good advice
think they are amazing if they get answers right in class
quick to assume
hornier than guys- they are just good at not revealing it
good at shopping/fashion related ish
the following statement is true to my observations, im definitely not sexist and i definitely respect women buuuut: most women are all about these equal rights, want equal opportunities..blah blah..i dont mind that at all...its just when they start to be treated like a man they start to complain and say thats a guys job, or when they are exempt from doing something cause theyre women...you know what im talking about.
good at bjs haha
backstabbers- so true

men:

generally stronger
good at being dks and a holes
good at being cocky
more laid back
more into drugs
think they are cool at times when they are not
fashion impaired- ill admit i need my gf to shop for me, but now i generally know what to look for
funnier than girls
good at smoothe talking
good at lying
soft on the inside
more sexually active, but not hornier even if it may seem that way
prone to temptation
blah so much but dont feel like listing

these are just my observations..and opinions of overall in the long run etc. not to be taken as the truth.

PLEASE GO KILL YOURSELF NOW, THE KNIFE IS IN THE DAMN KITCHEN!!! I CAN't BELIEVE YOU ****ING SAID THAT!!!:mad:

wow, how do you do that smiley?

This thread has turned into a bunch of awfulness

"turned into"? where've u been?

well it got better!

and then proceeded to turn awful again.

it was never good, though. it was just awkward sports conversation masking a deeper animosity

I think men play sports to mask their true desire to have boobs...

but that's my theory.

i think that theory was first proposed by socrates, no?

i play football to get girls and to rub other men as i tackle them.

Tainter, to answer a question not directed at me, I don't consider it immoral to purposely not break the curve, but I'd still do my best, because I work for my grade, and I have no obligation to help anyone else's grade.

Eckie, karma...let karma punish them. It would be a lot of bad karma to flag them...
