<p>If your parents aren't going to pay for you to go to college in another country, then you will have to accept going somewhere locally. Other countries are not going to provide you (taxpayers') money for you to go to school in their countries. </p>
<p>Reading the posts on CC has probably given you the impression that there are all these scholarships available -- but they aren't available to foreigners. Many times, they aren't even available to kids who live in different states.</p>
