I am going to be starting undergraduate this fall as a Political Science major at UC Davis, though I am planning to switch to Managerial Economics.

I am wondering about what business schools look at.
I am planning to:

-Learn to write Chinese over next 3-4 years (I am Chinese but can only speak fluently)
-Get a full time summer job (for 3 months each year) in China working in management/law (my father can get me a job)
-Participate in Student Government and Clubs at UC Davis
-Part time work during academic years

If I were also about to keep a 3.7/3.8 GPA and a relatively good GMAT (high600s-low700s), would it be probable to get into a top 15 MBA program? top 20? Would this work experience be enough? If not, then if I had HIGHER stats would I become a possible candidate?

Thankyou.
