My proctor cut the Writing Section 10 Time by a minute...very mad about the bubbling

Right off the bat the proctor gave off an arrogant demeanor and started reciting the instructions with "Welcome to hell...". Clearly she did not enjoy her being there and even said she wanted to start early so we can all leave early.

Ironically, she said she did this for 10 years and has VERY strict policies on cheating. If your calculator is even tilted up when you use it she tells you to put it down on the table. Answersheet/booklet all flat on the table...

Halfway through Section 10 she saids 5 minutes left.
The way I do the sections is if there is a question I'm not sure about I'll skip it and partially fill in the bubble (30% of a full black circle) that is most appealing on the answer sheet so it can easily erasable if I change my mind when I go back to it.

You can tell she just wants to get out right away when she paced around the room and before we even ended (and clearly not 5 minutes) she casually said "Answer sheets on top" ,for easy collecting I suppose. However, I assumed that this meant the time was over and so I immediately stopped. I had partially bubbled in bubbles and didn't have time for the last two. I see a girl frantically filling in her bubbles and saw the proctor looking at her. In an awkward tense pause she finally finished. I assumed she was going to be taken in for cheating but the proctor, when seeing everyone appeared finished, said OK we are done. She did not have a stopwatch or anything and just went by eyeing the clock.

I feel gipped. I got a 710 on my last writing and thought I would improve. The UC's won't superscore. I'm sure if I had 30 seconds I would be able to get the last 2 questions and fill in the partially filled bubbles on my answer (Yeah, I should have done the section faster though, means I need more practice).

You think the scantron will pick those up? If I have more than 2 omissions I guess I might order a Score Verification if it would be worth it. But still those 2 omissions...

Sorry about the long rant, just feel bad that I didn't do my 100% on that test. I guess it's time I register for the December SAT. Smart how they plan the registration dates so you won't know the score until after you register for the next one and if you do register after knowing you pay extra for being late.

tl;dr you didn’t completely bubble in two bubbles and want to know if they will be counted

i read somewhere long ago that if you bubble them all in the same way, they’ll count them all. even if you just made 1 dark dot in the middle. no clue…

you have a decent shot at the scantron, in your case.

simple solution, when the scores come out just request that your test be re-graded by hand.

costs money though.
