My Rant on Dual Credit Vs. AP Classes

Define which school you mean for “core” classes. If you are taking Bio or Chem at the CC to substitute AP Chem or AP bio in high school, yes, take those but RETAKE them in college once you get to your 4 year school. If you are trying to get out of taking them at the 4 year school, do not do that.

<p>Well, I already will have taken Biology and Chemistry, so I’m not sure if I should take any science courses at CC. In a way I will have done 4 classes of biology and chemistry by the end of senior year. I find that to be way too redundant and boring. </p>

<p>So is that a yay or nay?</p>
