My RD chance?

I feel I haven’t accomplished many things in the last four years, but how’s my chance?

●Korean-American, native language is Korean
●Educated in English for three years
●GPA: 3.70/ 4.0 unweighted
This is my school’s weird grading scale
A: 94+ (4.0)
B: 84-93 (3.0)
C: 74-83 (2.0)
●Class Rank: My school doesn’t rank, but I am in top 20% (out of 75 students)
●SAT I a.k.a. SAT Reasoning Test: 2270 (710 C/R, 780 Math, 780 Writing)
●SAT IIs a.k.a. SAT Subject Tests: Math Level IIC 790, Chemistry 770, US history 700
●APs: Chemistry 5, US History 4, English Language and Composition 4
●AP courses I am taking this year:
AP English Literature, AP Calculus AB, AP Biology, and AP Spanish Language,

Extracurricular Activities and Awards
●Orchestra for all 4 years (I have been playing the cello since 1998)
●University Interscholastic League Cello Solo 1st Class (UIL is a musical achievement testing used in Texas. I got the highest grade in 9th grade)
●1st place winner for the 15th Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association Math Contest (in 9th grade)
●PSAT National Merit Commended Scholar (11)
●National Honor Society (12, only seniors can join it)
●300 hours of community service at a Korean medicine clinic (It’s a nonprofit organization in Korea where old ppl and the phsically challenged people are treated with oriental medicine. I treat patients with moxibustion)
●Taekwondo 2nd Dan holder (5 hours a week for two years)
●Internship at two hospitals (approximately 50 hours)

Is that state UIL or regional UIL's you're talking about? Have you gotten other orchestra awards, like making all-region or all-state? Have you done UIL every year or just in ninth grade?

But overall, I think you have a fair chance as an RD, especially if you write a good essay and have good recommendations. Good luck!
