Earlier you advised the OP to take roommate to small caims court. I dont have time to dig up your posts-- you can do so.

You read them, you have eyes. I also suggest reading the definitions in the Oxford English Dictionary for ‘threaten’ and ‘file’, so that you will know that they are two different things.

It was something about bleeding the guys parents for all they had, or something like that.
Good day to you. No mas.

Sooooo BrekfastChampion … ::whistles:: Did the roomie ever come back?

Yeah, I’d be interested to know, too.

What a great thread. munch on Pop Secret

I hope the OP has been able to speak eye to eye with his roommate by now.

As for Vanagandr - PLEASE move on from this thread. It is clear you have strong convictions of how YOU would handle this situation if it happened to you. At this point, (IMHO) your posts don’t seems to have any merit. Your posts have moved beyond offering advice to an agressive/defensive tone. PLEASE!!! Stop beating a dead horse.
If the OP needs legal counsel, it is very unlikely he would come to CC.

If there are any CC Forum Moderators lurking, could you evaluate Vanagandr’s contribution to this thread?

I know, right? Do you mind? ::reaches over and grabs a handful of popcorn:: Thanks, man.

I demand updates

Me and my buddies use to puke all over each other’s stuff.

As long as the puker cleaned it up and took care of any other collateral damage it was just funny.

I think the OP’s roommate is probably a pretty cool guy to hangout with. He/she came to the room, puked on your stuff, then just bounced.

More than likely they got the hook up on the good parties, I’d use this person as an asset.

Oh, don’t start crying to the moderator.

Just because you don’t like what he is saying doesn’t mean you need to try and get him censored. If you don’t like this views, just ignore them.

From your screen name, it appears you are a fully grown adult, and you are getting huffy over a internet argument with a college kid, asking moderators to step in - get real.

Please don’t feed this ■■■■■ (or idiot). ^^

^ You have a problem with what I said? You can deal with it.

If going around calling people idiots doesn’t make YOU a ■■■■■, not sure what would.

talk to him in the morning, we got alot of tight asses on this forum…highly doubt its a big deal

Still not back. I saw him on campus today but he’s yet to return to our room as far as I know.

And Vanagandr, I appreciate the effort, but I stopped reading your posts.

Maybe he’s planning to move. That’s really strange.

Maybe he doesn’t remember where his room is? ;)

Maybe he was in a car accident.
If so, I hope that he didn’t injure anyone else, and for his family’s sake, I hope he wasn’t killed. I have a close friend whose college son was hit and killed by a drunk driver.

There’s a current thread on Parents Cafe called “Letting Go Forever” in which a mother is grieving the recent death of her college student son, who was drunk driving.

The OP’s roommate’s behavior is not typical of college students. It is dangerous and sad.

If HE was killed, that might be a good thing. The last thing we need is anymore drunk **** stains on on our roads.

How could anyone anyone have sympathy for someone with such little regard for life?

dang that’s harsh

I wouldn’t say it’d be ‘good’ if he died. But it sure wouldn’t get as much sympathy from me as, say, this guy:
