My SAT score vs. my ACT score

Hi, I got 1520 on my second SAT, 760 on both sections plus 21 on essay.
I got 33 on my ACT (36 reading and English, 30 math, and 31 science, 8 on essay).

I want to major in English and eventually become an English teacher. I’m applying to UNC Chapel Hill, UVA, William and Mary, University of Richmond, and UMD College Park. Should I submit just my SAT or my SAT and my ACT? My SAT is slightly higher but it’s impressive that I got 36 on reading and English on ACT.

Your scores are basically the same. 1520 is sort of the cut off for 34 on the ACT, so it’s margianlly better, but that’s being nitpicky. You can submit both if you like. Your essay score is very good on the SAT, so you might want to submit that.

Will my lower ACT math and essay scores harm me if I submit it?

Great stats I my only advice is if the end game is teacher I hope your eeucation will be debt free or close if not pick different schools.
